In Australia we say, "G'day." It means "Have a great day." For me, this is the essence of a great life one day at a time. This is natural spirituality and this group's purpose is to share everyday spirituality, ideas and quotes that are not complex.

As the world turns itself upside down there has never been a more important time for healers, teachers and guides to be earthed. This is not a time to fill people with false hopes or crazy ambitions but a time to help people know that, "everything will turn out fine."

That one gift alone helps people who are in the midst of this crash time. In this time two business are thriving. Alcohol and funerals. People are drinking themselves to death. It's a human trait we can't change but we can help others to put their situation in context. Yes, it's tough, but no, we are not our money or our relationship.

Spread the word right now. Help people by actually putting your foot to the floor boards and going flat out. Give more articles, share more, and avoid the rhetoric of it's all love. For those needing your help, it isn't all love. It's really threatening. We just need to help show that there's light at the end.

Nature never grows in straight lines. This economic time on earth is one of those bends in the road. It's a time to help.

Life is natural, changing a life is only natural if a person is willing to live and love in harmony with nature. Change becomes simple, fast and easy. I have seen lives change in a moment of simple truth, and I have seen people resist change after investing tens of thousands of dollars in knowledge and complex ideas. All the money and intellect on earth can’t buy the simple beauty of being a human being in living in harmony with nature. It's a way of seeing that changes the way people think and act.

People are different in nature: Have you noticed that? Have you seen that people are more generous, more open, more creative in nature? Why is that? It is because we tune to the rhythm and harmony of nature, it is within us, ancient and raw, and this experience is one of authenticity, we feel at home.

From my experience of human life, the more complex the theory, the harder it is to apply and the more prone to interpretation it becomes. I’ve studied the Yoga Sutra with 10 teachers and they all interpret it differently. I’ve studied the ancient mysteries and all the theories that go with it. These are mesmerising stories, but they are stories.

There was a man in a house and the house was on fire. He was asleep but somebody woke him in time. He saw the flames engulfing his home, and there, still inside the house, he yelled, “who started the fire? Why did it start? Where did it begin?” and like people absorbed in the complexity of life, he became distracted. Instead of finding happiness, he found knowledge and information, neither of which changed his real circumstance. Maybe he could have found his way out of the house, found peace within himself, found happiness before he indulged his need for complexity.

There are two ways of doing everything and spirituality is no different. There's the complex way that costs a lot of money and is limited to the exclusive or wealthy who believe spirituality is for the elite. And there's the natural way that is open to all humanity no matter who or what or how much they have. Complexity is associated with theory and high maintenance, natural is associated with simple truth, honesty and respect. We cannot deviate to far from natural law before nature sweeps us back under her wing.

When I take people up to the Himalayas of Nepal, they are astonished to see wild roses. Some are black crimson and some are the richest yellow, gold. There are also strawberries that melt in your mouth. The amazing thing is that there are winds of nearly 100 km/hr and temperatures of minus 20. So, the roses and the strawberries are growing happily because they adapted. The roses are as tiny as the head of a pin and the strawberries are more like a tiny pea. They grew, they adapted and they are strong.

There are always two ways of doing things: there's the complex way and there's the natural way. We advocate the natural way because it's the real essence of a great life.

People might plant a seed in a pot and buy the fertiliser, then, they care for that plant. They water it regularly and move it to the right place in the Sun. They can try hard and spend a lot of money to be a good gardener. Alternatively, that person can walk into the forest and there is the same plant they are trying to grow, stronger, happier and healthier than theirs, naturally: Why?

Because nature selects and favours those things that evolve. In nature the environment toughens things by teaching them to adapt, this is evolution. So, the plant in natural environments automatically finds a way to grow in harmony with the laws of nature. Nature grows everything but only those things that adapt to their environment and grow: the rest nature recycles.

Living a good strong life means living in harmony with nature. This is a natural, simple and yet, extremely powerful way to live. We simply follow the laws of nature. It’s not an expensive seminar or a profound study of theory, it’s not written in thousands of books or on the internet or anywhere for that matter. It comes from a wonderful, exciting exploration of nature and all that is natural in the richness of a great life.
