in fitness magizine and some other suggestions here
First of all I would like to share with you that I never take any regular over the counter medicin because the side effects on me are just out of proportion to what it surpresses.
That being said, I watch what I eat more carefully and try to eat foods that are gentle on the liver, lots of fruit and vegetables and do some green juice.
When my eyes itch, I like to do an eye bath, it is unbelieveble what kind of gunk will float around in on of those eye baths once you are done.
I also flush my sinusses with a saline solution, seems to help as well, I find it a little time consuming and only will do this when I think that the itch is taking over every cavity in my head.
I have found great relief with taking supplements, I have found that spirulina helps with sneezing, I tend to take it on a regular basis and it seems to just improve my health overall. I like to take powder rather than tablets or capsules because it works faster.
When things get completely out of hand i find that Super Quercetin really does the trick. For all of you that would like to stop taking antihistamines, this could be your thing.
So this is what I like to do, more tips are always welcome
I also find that Super Quercitin and Spirulina do wonders for my allergies. By the way, I prefer the spirulina caps, but that's just personal preference. I also take some type of green supplements (as if spirulina isn't green enough already), such as Green Superfood (from "Amazing Grass"). These three supplements combined have kept all my allergies at bay, all year long. Amazing, given that I used to have to take Allegra, Zyrtec and other crap (pardon my French).
